Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator for the Southern Region in Newbury. You will support regional marketing plans, coordinate campaigns across digital, print and events, and work with site teams to ensure local collateral and web updates align with the broader strategy.

You’ll liaise with Group Marketing and external agencies to produce materials, support email campaigns and lead nurturing, and help organise events from launches to open days.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns or projects.
• Experience with agencies, suppliers or printers is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (CMS for website updates, email platforms).
• In-house marketing/brand exposure in a sales-led environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support regional marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
• Coordinate with regional site sales teams for local collateral and web updates.
• Maintain regional marketing website, listings, promotions and event announcements.
• Liaise with Group Marketing and external agencies for design and delivery of materials.
• Support email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
• Organise local events, launches, open days and community engagement.
• Maintain marketing asset inventory across sites.
