Job summary

RecruitME is seeking a Marketing Coordinator near Oakham and Stamford to support UK/EMEA marketing campaigns, events and digital activities. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Lead and involves working across campaigns, events, exhibitions, social media and communications.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing, with hands-on experience delivering campaigns and strong organisational skills; HubSpot experience would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ hands-on marketing experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and proofreading ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support integrated marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist with advertising, sponsorship and promotional activity.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams on marketing requirements and brand guidelines.
• Support regional events planning and post-event follow-up.
• Produce brochures, case studies and presentations and manage digital content.
