Job summary

Bloor Homes in Newbury is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave in the Southern Region. You will oversee the production of high quality marketing materials, coordinate campaigns, events, and liaise with sales, technical departments and external agencies.

You will manage a significant regional marketing budget, develop digital and print content, ensure brand consistency across websites, portals, estate agents and advertising channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in house building/construction/residential sales.
• Proven copywriting ability for website content management systems.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing.
• Good time management and ability to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Production, accuracy and content of all marketing communications online and in print.
• Plan marketing requirements to support the sales team with literature, plans and displays.
• Maintain and update the company website, property portals and liaise with agents.
• Brief agencies on campaigns (HTML emails, digital adverts, PPC, print).
• Manage the regional marketing budget and review digital campaigns with Google Analytics.
