Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Local Marketing Coordinator on a fixed term contract with potential to go permanent. The role focuses on delivering local marketing campaigns for new store openings, relocations and refurbishments across the UK.

You'll work closely with Marketing, PR, Social Media, CRM, Creative, Store Development and Operations to ensure campaigns run accurately, on time and deliver impact for local stores and the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, campaign management, retail marketing or agency environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with internal teams and external partners.
• Commercial awareness of how local marketing drives customer acquisition and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns for new stores, relocations and refurbishments across channels.
• Coordinate campaign activity across paid social, paid search, PR, CRM, social, OOH, local media, community and in-store.
• Manage timelines, briefs, creative assets, media bookings and approvals to schedule.
• Build relationships with internal teams, agencies and external suppliers for seamless execution.
• Maintain trackers, budgets, documentation and performance reporting to identify insights.
