Job summary

South West Procurement Alliance, part of LHCPG, seeks an experienced Regional Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships across the South West region. The role is field-based with regular visits to client sites and the SWPA office, and involves acting as a trusted adviser to public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, housing associations, public sector bodies and partners across the South West.
• Develop regional business plans to grow framework usage, turnover and income.
• Identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth across the region.
• Lead and support the Client Support Team to deliver excellent service.
• Represent SWPA at industry events and client meetings, and collaborate with LHCPG colleagues.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager to drive growth, strengthen strategic partnerships and lead client engagement across the South West region.

This is a highly visible role whereyou'llact as a trusted adviser to public sector clients, develop strong relationships across the housing and construction sectors and play a key role in delivering SWPA's regional growth ambitions.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities, housing associations, public sector organisations and appointed companies across the South West
• Developing and delivering regional business development plans to increase framework usage, turnover and income
• Identifying new opportunities and driving sustainable growth across the region
• Leading and supporting the Client Support Team to deliver exceptional client service
• Representing SWPA at industry events, networking forums and client meetings
• Collaborating with colleagues across LHC Procurement Group to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding client outcomes

About you

You will be a natural relationship-builder with the commercial acumen, leadership skills and strategic mindset to grow our regional presence and strengthen our partnerships across the South West.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience of delivering commercial or business development targets in public sector organisations, local authorities, housing providers or construction-related businesses
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience developing strategic partnerships andidentifyingnew business opportunities
• Experience managing, coaching or leading teams
• Excellent planning, analytical and commercial skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently across a regional territory
