Job summary

LHC Procurement Group is seeking a Regional Manager for Wales to drive our public sector procurement initiatives. You will build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, champion collaborative solutions and help organisations navigate policy changes while maximising social value and community impact.

You will lead the regional team, develop business plans to increase framework usage and income, and represent the organisation at events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial or business development targets in public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Experience managing, coaching or leading teams.
• Excellent planning, analytical and commercial skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently across a regional territory.

• Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities, housing associations, public sector organisations and appointed companies across Wales
• Developing and delivering regional business development plans to increase framework usage, turnover and income
• Identifying new opportunities and driving sustainable growth across the region
• Leading and supporting the Client Support Team to deliver exceptional client service
• Representing WPA at industry events, networking forums and client meetings
• Collaborating with colleagues across LHC Procurement Group to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding client outcomes
