Job summary

LHCPG seeks a Regional Manager to lead procurement strategy and stakeholder engagement across Wales, driving regional partnerships and social value. The role focuses on expanding framework usage, delivering growth, and guiding a client support team to deliver outstanding outcomes.

You will work with public sector bodies and partners to navigate changes, maximise value and strengthen local economies while aligning with LHCPG’s mission and regional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial or business development targets in public sector organisations, local authorities, housing providers or construction-related businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience developing strategic partnerships andidentifyingnew business opportunities
• Experience managing, coaching or leading teams
• Excellent planning, analytical and commercial skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently across a regional territory
