Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of experienced gas engineers and provide technical support and training. You will recruit, develop, and manage performance, ensuring service standards and company objectives are met across the region.

You will liaise with senior management, report on regional developments, and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining thorough records and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a regional engineering/installation team.
• Strong HR and disciplinary procedures knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Commercial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop an engaged workforce and manage performance.
• Provide technical support and 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Liaise with senior management and report regional developments.
• Drive regional strategy and manage budgets.
• Maintain records of communications, site visits and meetings.
• Represent the company at client meetings and forums.
• Analyse regional metrics and report insights.
