Job summary

Sureserve is seeking a Supervisory Gas Engineer to lead a field-based team across domestic heating and gas maintenance contracts in Leeds. You will drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting engineers and apprentices in the field.

You will manage contractor performance, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely delivery of services with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence across contracts.

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 gas qualifications (essential).
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field-based Gas Engineers across domestic heating and gas maintenance contracts.
• Ensure gas works are completed safely, compliantly, and to high standards.
• Provide technical guidance, quality assurance checks and post-inspection audits.
