Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead a team of qualified gas engineers across the Midlands and East of England, delivering safe, compliant heating solutions and energy efficiency initiatives.

You will recruit, develop and manage staff, supervise performance, report regional results to senior management, and ensure adherence to client requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar sector.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop an engaged workforce, motivating and managing through HR processes including grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Deliver contractual and client requirements, motivate engineers, and provide technical support during normal hours and 24/7 call out.
• Communicate procedures and client requirements to operatives via daily contact and monthly toolbox talks.
• Represent the Company professionally at client progress meetings and tenant forums.
• Maintain records of communications, site visits and client meetings.
• Drive implementation of company strategies regionally.
• Manage regional finances including budget planning and forecasts.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with national and local customers, supply chain and workforce.
• Analyse key metrics and prepare regional reports.
