Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a large multi-site operation across the North West. The role requires commercial leadership to drive performance, develop Store Managers and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will lead regional budgeting, analytics and strategies to improve sales, profitability and customer experience, while building high-performing management

Qualifications

• Experience as Regional Manager or senior multi-site retail leader.
• Proven track record of leading multiple locations and delivering commercial results.
• Experience in developing Store Managers and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, sales, profitability and cost management.
• Resilient, decisive and capable of operating at pace in a changing environment.

The Role

• Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of P&L, sales, profitability and cost management.
• Resilient, decisive and comfortable operating at pace in a changing business environment.
• An inspirational leader who can coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
