Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a large multi-site operation across the North West. The role requires commercial leadership to drive performance, develop Store Managers and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will lead regional budgeting, analytics and strategies to improve sales, profitability and customer experience, while building high-performing management

Qualifications

• Experience as Regional Manager or senior multi-site retail leader.
• Proven track record of leading multiple locations and delivering commercial results.
• Experience in developing Store Managers and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, sales, profitability and cost management.
• Resilient, decisive and capable of operating at pace in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large portfolio of retail stores, inspiring Store Managers to achieve their potential.
• Own regional sales, profitability, productivity and key KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, customer experience and consistently high retail standards.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
• Develop talent, strengthen succession planning and build high-performing management teams.
• Manage regional budgets, payroll and costs while maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Coach store leaders and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead business initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders to meet company objectives.
