Job summary

Reed is seeking an ambitious Regional Manager for the Croydon Core business to lead a diverse portfolio of recruitment specialisms. You will develop people, grow client partnerships, and drive outstanding performance across the Croydon office.

You will lead multiple teams, coach recruiters and managers, and shape strategy to deliver ambitious growth while maintaining high service standards. Hybrid working is available.
