Reed in London is seeking an ambitious recruiter to join an established team, covering banking recruitment with permanent and fixed-term placements. You will work on a full 360 recruitment process spanning business development, candidate sourcing, interviews and closure within a thriving desk.

• Key Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.

We're looking for an ambitious recruiter to join an established team at Reed in the heart of the city. You'll cover banking recruitment in London, focusing on permanent and fixed-term placements. What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in every aspect of recruitment business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and deal closures.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
• Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
