Job summary

City Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a Divisional Maintenance Supervisor for the South Region (Midlands and South). This mobile role covers multiple sites, with 45 hours per week, full-time and permanent.

You will support the Division Operations Manager with technical leadership, reporting, and coordination on CANO/Hospitality matters, and manage the lighting team to ensure safety and performance. The role also involves budget oversight and responsive maintenance across the division.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.
• 18th edition wiring regulations and electrical safety knowledge.
• Experience advising on electrical and mechanical equipment in a facilities environment.
• Strong cost awareness and ability to work with budgets and spend control.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lighting team regionally, managing holidays, absences and first line supervision.
• Provide technical guidance on CANO/Hospitality matters to internal and external customers.
• Support the Division Operations Manager with technical, people and FM process issues.
• Monitor Mercury system, update live job status and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prioritise workloads to meet divisional timescales and maintain safety standards.
