Knightwood Associates is seeking a Regional M&E Manager for Reading to lead preconstruction and delivery across MEP processes. Based mostly at the Berkshire Head Office, you will oversee design review, value engineering, and mentoring junior MEP Managers while liaising with consultants and subcontractors to ensure design intent is met.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in MEP position.
• Experience in leading MEP management or readiness to take next step.

Responsibilities

• Cover the preconstruction and delivery stages of the MEP process.
• Primarily focus on stages 3 and 6 of the MEP process.
• Review MEP design from subcontractors.
• Value engineer MEP designs.
• Manage more junior MEP Managers and liaise with MEP consultants and subcontractors to ensure design implementation.
