Job summary

MGF Ltd is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Representative - Lifting & Safety to cover the Yorkshire region and adjacent areas, with occasional UK travels including Scotland. You will promote the full Lifting & Safety range and work with Area Sales Managers, Operations and Engineering to secure profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety products, a proven sales record, and excellent communication skills to develop strategic customer

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, lifting accessories and safety products.
• Experience in construction, industrial, engineering, crane hire or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver profitable growth through development of both new and existing customer accounts within your region.
• Promote MGF's full range of Lifting & Safety products and services, including the Lifting by Design offering.
• Work collaboratively with Area Sales Managers, Account Managers and Key Account Managers to identify and convert opportunities.
• Develop strategic relationships with customers across construction, demolition, crane hire, mechanical and electrical, heavy engineering, utilities, petrochemical and industrial sectors.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services across the wider MGF portfolio.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing recommendations to support future growth.
• Represent MGF at industry events, exhibitions, networking opportunities and technical forums.
