Job summary

JLB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a regional sales professional to cover the South of England and South Wales. You will generate lift maintenance contracts, build relationships with facilities managers, and manage key accounts while visiting sites.

The role requires regular travel, strong networking, CRM upkeep, and a track record of delivering growth in industrial or property management sectors.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate new lift maintenance contracts and opportunities.
• Strong networking and presentation skills.
• Experience managing and growing customer accounts.
• Comfortable presenting proposals and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Generate new lift maintenance contracts and modernisation opportunities.
• Develop business through networking, prospecting and relationship building.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Carry out customer meetings and site surveys.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and secure new contracts.
• Work closely with Operations and Engineering to ensure excellent customer delivery.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
• Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts.
• Represent professionally at all times.
