Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading leisure centre operator to appoint a General Manager for a site in Surrey. The role requires a minimum of 2 years General Management experience within a large multi-use leisure operation.

You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, steering strategic and day-to-day centre management, and ensuring compliance with the Contract Specification and Quality Management Systems while developing staff and supporting key projects

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years General Management experience.
Excellent commercial, operational and people management skills.
Experience within a large multi-use leisure operation.
Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Our client is a leading leisure centre and facilities management operator, that operates sites across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a General Manager to join one of their leading sites based in Surrey.
