Job summary

Priory is seeking a Regional Trainer to deliver high‑quality training across North West England and Scotland. This hybrid role covers on-site training four days a week with one day from home, and includes a £5,200 annual car allowance due to extensive travel.

You will partner with teams to identify learning needs, create engaging content, and ensure compliance using LMS data. Strong delivery skills and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in healthcare or related fields.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training across First Aid, Fire Marshal, and People Handling (Levels 1 and 2) in person and virtual.
• Design and facilitate webinars and learning sessions for regional development.
• Travel within North West England and Scotland to deliver training and ensure compliance.
