Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or financial services with broker relationship management.
• Proven ability to grow broker networks and revenue in a defined region.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of mortgage brokers across the North of England.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key broker partners to increase engagement and volumes.
• Identify new business opportunities and recruit additional brokers across the region.
• Take ownership of regional performance, driving revenue growth and maximising account potential.
• Use market intelligence and data to prioritise business development activity.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and operations to deliver an excellent broker experience.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and broker meetings.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to support growth and product development.
• Ensure all activity complies with regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty.
