Galliford Try is seeking a Regional IT Engineer to deliver hands-on IT services to offices, sites and users across the region. The role is field-based with travel and requires a strong customer focus and a passion for IT.

You will support day-to-day operations and projects, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring incidents are resolved quickly while maintaining safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site and remote IT support.
• Ability to travel across Norwich and surrounding region.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a point of contact for escalated IT issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support users on-site and remotely with timely issue resolution.
• Own and manage incidents through to resolution with a focus on service quality.
• Plan and deliver IT setup for new sites from requirements to handover.
• Support IT projects and rollout new technologies and upgrades.
