B&Q is seeking an Installations Partner to partner with Regional Managers to deliver the store installations strategy across the South East. The role is field-based with a provided car and requires a full driving license.

Join the Southampton-based Store Support Office and help train and coach store leadership, resolve customer issues, recruit installers, and drive performance with data insights.

• Implement the installations plan with Regional Managers.

• Resolve warranty claims with the installations team.
• Ensure consistent processes in stores.
• Create training content and deliver coaching.
