Job summary

B&Q plc in North London is seeking an Installations Partner to support the delivery of our installations service strategy across stores. You will partner with Regional Managers and Unit Managers, coach store leadership, and drive improvements in installation delivery.

The role requires a full driving license and mobility across the North London region; it is field-based with a company car provided. You will develop relationships with installers and regional teams while delivering excellent

• Full driving license is required.
• Willingness to travel across the North London region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Managers and Unit Managers to implement the installations plan.
• Build strong relationships within regional teams and use data to identify trends.
• Support stores to resolve issues and installation warranty claims.
• Provide training tools content and coaching to stores.
• Recruit and develop quality installers and manage installer capacity.
