B&Q is seeking an Installations Partner to support field operations across the North London region. You will partner with Regional and Unit Managers to deliver the installations plan, coach store leadership, and drive improvements using data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Work with Regional Managers and Unit Managers to implement the installations plan.
• Form strong relationships within regional teams.
• Discuss with Regional/Unit Managers using data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support stores to resolve customer issues and complaints, protecting brand and customers.
• Work with installations support to resolve warranty claims.
• Review and ensure correct processes in stores.
• Provide content for training tools and deliver coaching to build knowledge in stores.
• Support sourcing, recruitment, development, and engagement of installers.
• Build installer relationships and listen to feedback to improve service.
• Identify capacity opportunities and assist recruitment and development of installers.
• Coordinate with regions to meet installer capacity and business targets.
• Develop technical knowledge of store and installations team; drive improvements to proposition.
• Propose solutions to improve installation proposition with regional managers.
• Engage with Regional Managers, Store Teams, Installers, and external bodies as required.
