Job summary

B&Q plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an Installations Partner to support the delivery of the installations service strategy across the South East, working from our Southampton Store Support Office with field-based duties.

A full driving license is required as you will travel across the region; the role offers a salary from £40,000 to £55,000, plus pension, PMI, ShareSave and 6.6 weeks holiday, with a company car provided by us.

Qualifications

• Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Managers and Unit Managers to implement the installations plan.
• Build strong relationships within regional teams and use data to identify trends in installation performance.
• Support stores to resolve customer issues and warranty claims.
• Provide content and deliver training to build knowledge in stores.
• Cooperate with installers and regional teams to meet future demand and capacity.
