Job summary

NSR Associates based near Birmingham seeks a Regional EHS Manager to lead HSE across Europe, with the Shirley office as base. You will support concrete, precast, piling and batching plants, delivering strategic and operational safety leadership for multiple projects and sites.

Ideal candidate has strong HSE leadership, audit experience, ISO management systems expertise, and ability to work across international teams. The role offers a generous salary and international travel.

Qualifications

• Strong senior-level HSE experience in concrete and construction materials.
• Proven ability to manage HSE across multiple sites and regions.
• Experience with ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 management systems.
• Ability to implement HSE management systems and audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy across Europe, including sites and projects.
• Develop and maintain HSE management systems and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management.
