Job summary

Rotork seeks a Regional Head of Health, Safety & Environmental for Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will provide governance and expert support on safety, process safety and environmental protection, while driving regional HSE strategy with leadership across the business.

You will lead critical risk management, overlaying governance with global standards, audits and continuous improvement. Expect up to 30% travel across the EMEA region and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Must reside within commutable distance of Bath, Leeds or Manchester.
• Experience in high-hazard industries with safety and process safety expertise.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and engineering/technical background.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and expert support on occupational safety, process safety and environmental protection.
• Lead regional HSE strategy implementation and partner with leaders.
• Oversee critical risk management and ensure effective controls.
• Provide regulatory advice and drive continuous improvement via systems and tools.
• Support governance by implementing global standards and reporting.
• Conduct regional HSE audits and performance monitoring.
