Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an HR Operations & Project Coordinator – Asia to provide regional HR operational, systems, reporting and project support across six Asia markets.

You will assist the Director of Human Resources, Asia and regional teams in delivering efficient HR services through the employee lifecycle, including HR data integrity, reporting, and digital content management. The role involves coordinating HR projects, recruitment support, learning coordination and HR intranet

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration, HRIS, reporting or project coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or regional stakeholders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, HR reporting and employee lifecycle processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in learning coordination, SharePoint administration or HR project implementation is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, changes, promotions, salaries, transfers, renewals and terminations.
• Prepare employment letters, maintain records and update Asia HR databases and trackers.
• Support Workday transactions, data maintenance and data quality checks.
• Coordinate work pass docs, background checks and exit interviews with country HR teams.
• Maintain HR procedures, templates and guides for consistent regional practices.
