Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR administration.
• Experience handling end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions.
• Strong exposure to regional or multi-country HR operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Govern HR operational transactions across the regional lifecycle (hire to separation).
• Oversee HR performance data integrity for the region.
• Manage data in SuccessFactors and related HR systems; ensure workflows fire correctly.
• Monitor backlogs and aging, clear stalled transactions within SLAs.
• Contribute to Standardization and process improvement of HR operations.
• Collaborate with regional HR stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues; audit data regularly.
• Support documentation, SOPs, and governance requirements.
