Kids Planet Day Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a People (HR) Advisor to join our field-based team in the North.

You will support day-to-day HR matters, partner with the HR Business Partner and wider People team, and travel monthly to Central Support for the All People Department Team meeting. Key duties include handling casework and investigations, probation and performance management, absence management, wellbeing support, training delivery, recruitment onboarding, and maintaining HR records for

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Collaborative and team oriented.

Responsabilités

• Act as main contact for people queries and casework across the employee life cycle.
• Support investigations and advise line through disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Advise line managers on probationary reviews and performance management.
• Assist managers with absence management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Deliver training modules for managers and leaders.
• Support HR projects with stakeholders to achieve People Strategy goals.
• Collaborate with recruitment to ensure adequate staffing and onboarding.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records for reporting.
• Draft letters and manage documentation and filing.
