Job summary

Accent Group is seeking a Regional Housing Manager in Camberley with hybrid working and regional travel to Accent offices. The role covers general needs, leasehold and homeownership, ensuring high-quality customer support.

You will lead housing services, translate strategy into reliable service delivery, and keep customers at the heart of every decision. A strong leadership capability and local collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable understanding of operational housing management across general needs, leasehold and homeownership.
• Proven ability to deliver services prioritising customer experience, responsiveness and quality.
• Skilled in leading and supporting teams, coaching behaviours and performance management.
• Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with local authorities, partners and community organisations.
• Willingness to work towards CIH Level 4 (if not already holding).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of housing services in the region.
• Lead a customer-centric approach ensuring consistent, high-quality services.
• Collaborate with Regional Housing Managers and Specialist Housing teams to deliver a joined-up Accent service.
• Represent Accent professionally with local authorities and community partners.
• Support and empower teams to maintain accountability and service standards.
