Elevate Projects Ltd. is seeking a Head of Housing (Interim) to lead the regional Resident Experience team in Central East London. You will drive high-quality neighbourhood services, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve resident satisfaction.

The role requires strategic direction, strong budgeting awareness, and effective communication to influence decisions across tenancy services and council partners.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership capability delivering frontline services.
• Ability to foster teamwork and agile teams.
• Excellent communication; present complex proposals clearly.
• Strong negotiating skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong organisational skills to manage complex projects.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Local Link model to deliver high-quality neighbourhood services.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction with a performance focus.
• Manage your team with empathy and develop capacity.
• Oversee regional contracts such as CCTV, parking, mediation.
• Prepare and present reports for internal and external purposes.
• Represent the organisation at external conferences and events.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with policies.
