Job summary

Apex Temple Court Hotel is seeking a Cluster Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team across our London cluster. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure health & safety compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with senior leadership to drive cost efficient operations, hands-on coaching, and strategic asset management across front and back of house, enabling reliable service.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-disciplinary leadership of a maintenance team.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Extensive experience with mechanical systems (chillers, boilers, HVAC).
• Commitment to Health & Safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of maintenance across accommodation, public areas, and plant systems.
• Develop and manage annual OPEX, CAPEX, repair and refurbishment plans within budget.
• Control consumable costs and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee Engineering Management System usage to support efficiency and compliance.
• Coach and develop engineering team to maximise productivity and service quality.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and external stakeholders on strategic objectives.
