Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking a Cluster Property Manager to lead facilities management and standards across a group of hotels. You will oversee maintenance programmes, compliance, and asset protection while guiding Property Managers and site teams to uphold brand expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management across the cluster, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and maintained to brand standards.
• Support grounds teams to deliver brand and seasonal standards across all sites.
• Recruit, lead and develop Property Managers and maintenance teams across the cluster.
• Manage budgets for facilities maintenance, utilities, contracts and capital projects.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and contractors; oversee tender processes when needed.
• Ensure health and safety, statutory compliance and sustainability targets are met.
• Drive governance, asset protection and monthly capital spend audits across the estate.
