Job summary

Scanlans Property Management is seeking an Interim Head of Property Management to take ownership of our brand across Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester. You will lead a circa 25-strong team, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client relationships and resident satisfaction.

Based three days a week in Manchester, you will drive operational excellence, oversee compliance and risk, coach managers, manage budgets and push continuous improvement across the regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Leading multi-site property management or related service teams.
• Managing client relationships at a senior level, including complex meetings.
• Overseeing compliance, health and safety and risk frameworks across a varied portfolio.
• Budget management and improving financial KPIs such as arrears and cost control.
• Implementing process improvements and change initiatives that enhance service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional property management teams across Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.
• Oversee compliance, health and safety and risk across sites.
• Coach managers, resolve escalations and champion a consistent Scanlan's experience.
• Review budgets, arrears and financial performance with regional teams.
• Conduct site visits and regional drop-ins to stay close to operations.
