The Brownsword Group is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead commercial performance across its portfolio of UK hotels. You will set strategy, drive revenue, manage P&L, and develop teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Regular travel to properties across the South and South West is required; you will report to the CEO and shape the guest experience while ensuring financial targets are met. Own transport is required; travel expenses are covered, accommodation may be provided when

Qualificações

• Proven track record of leading commercially successful hospitality businesses.
• Experience running high-end hotels (5 AA Red Star or equivalent).
• Strong change management and people leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Hold the role of General Manager at a base hotel and oversee other hotels.
• Provide commercial and strategic leadership for the region.
• Drive sales and revenue while balancing costs.
• Analyse hotel PnL and ensure targets are met.
• Promote people culture with engaging communication.
• Collaborate with central support teams and implement group strategies.
• Communicate regularly with regional and hotel General Managers.
