COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a Group General Manager to lead up to five premium restaurants across the South West and London, with travel between sites. You’ll partner with owners and site GMs to elevate performance, service standards and financial results, while maintaining each venue’s unique identity.

The ideal candidate has a seasoned background in premium dining, is hands-on on the floor, and excels at coaching managers, budgeting and cost control across a growing group.

Competenze

• An experienced Group GM, multi-site leader or Senior GM ready to take the next step.
• A strong premium dining background, ideally within Michelin-standard or similarly exacting restaurants.
• Commercially confident and comfortable taking ownership of the P&L.
• A visible, hands-on leader who still gets a kick out of service.
• Able to coach, challenge and bring out the best in your managers.
• Experience within an owner-operated business would be a real advantage.
• Ambitious, collaborative and comfortable travelling between the South West and London.

• Oversee day-to-day performance across up to five premium restaurants.
• Support and develop the GMs, giving them clear direction and accountability.
• Drive service standards, guest experience and consistency while protecting each restaurant’s identity.
• Bring the structure and attention to detail expected in Michelin-standard environments.

• Build strong teams, with a focus on retention, development and succession.
• Improve systems and processes as the business grows.
• Work closely with the owners on restaurant performance and future plans.
