The role requires leadership across multiple sites, a full UK driving license, willingness to travel, and a track record in a service-led environment.
Position: Cluster Manager
Location: North West London. You’ll cover 10 funeral homes and 1 care centre across Southall & Hounslow and Middlesex & Wembley, with regular travel between sites.

As Cluster Manager, you’ll lead our North West London funeral homes: 10 branches in and around Southall, Heston, Isleworth, Slough, Harrow, Ruislip, Willesden and Wembley, plus our care centre at Chaplin Road, carrying out around 900 funerals a year. You’ll lead the Funeral Directors and Senior Funeral Directors across the cluster, and through them every colleague in your branches.

When someone dies, families need to know they can rely on us completely. Your job is to make sure every team delivers that, every day, while building strong, successful local businesses.
Experience in funeral services or another regulated, care-led sector, funeral plan sales, or an ILM or CMI qualification would be a bonus. You’ll find full details in the job description.
