Job summary

ASEL Integrated Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Leader Fire and Security Engineer in Preston to lead a regional engineering team while staying hands-on with service and maintenance of CCTV, intruder, access control and fire systems.

You will mentor engineers, manage workload with the Regional Service Manager, and participate in an on-call rota, driving standards, performance, and customer satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of engineers in security systems.
• Mentoring and coaching engineers with a focus on standards.
• Strong communication with regional managers, engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering team activities and delivery.
• Coordinate workload with the Regional Service Manager for the region.
• Act as first technical escalation point for complex faults.
• Mentor engineers and drive development and standards adherence.
• Maintain high workmanship quality and customer satisfaction.
