Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is seeking an experienced Area Service Engineer to support our customers across South East London and surrounding regions, with ownership of your service area and responsibility for responsive fault resolution.

You will work on CCTV, intrusion, access control, and fire systems, participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, and contribute to projects while delivering high standards of service and professional client engagement.

Qualifications

• Formal experience with integrated security systems including CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and Fire.
• Strong knowledge of IP-based security systems and video management platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon.
• Solid fault-finding, servicing and maintenance abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with professional demeanor and commitment to development.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of service and maintenance calls in your area.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across integrated security systems.
• Proactively minimise repeat visits and achieve first-time fixes.
• Communicate clearly with the Line Manager about outstanding issues.
• Represent ASEL professionally and build lasting client relationships.
• Support the wider Service Team with additional duties.
