Job summary

Scion Communications Ltd, part of the Ranger Fire & Security Group, seeks a Senior Fire & Security Engineer with a strong electrical bias to lead from the front across fire alarms, CCTV, access control and related systems.

You will mentor a team of engineers, oversee installation, commissioning and maintenance, and ensure high standards of safety and service while upholding industry compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Fire & Security Engineer.
• Strong electrical bias and hands‑on engineering capability.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of fire and security systems.
• Lead and support a team of engineers.
• Identify training needs and deliver coaching and mentoring.
• Support complex fault diagnosis and technical problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
