Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is seeking a Team Leader Fire and Security Engineer to lead a regional engineering team across the Midlands. You will balance hands-on maintenance with leadership responsibilities, mentoring engineers and ensuring high workmanship standards.

You will remain technically active, perform service calls, resolve faults in CCTV, access control, intruder and fire systems, and coordinate workload with the Regional Service Manager while representing the company

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with integrated security systems including CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and Fire
• Strong experience with IP based security systems, including enterprise platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, and similar IP video management systems is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided.
