ASEL Integrated Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Leader Fire and Security Engineer in Preston to lead a regional engineering team while staying hands-on with service and maintenance of CCTV, intruder, access control and fire systems.
You will mentor engineers, manage workload with the Regional Service Manager, and participate in an on-call rota, driving standards, performance, and customer satisfaction across the region.

We are now looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join our Fire and Security service team to support our continued growth across your designated region. This is a hands on technical role combined with regional leadership responsibility, working closely with the Regional Service Manager to drive team performance, technical standards, and customer satisfaction across the area.
As Team Leader Fire and Security Engineer, you will take ownership of your designated service area while also providing day to day leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to a team of engineers. You will act as the first point of escalation for complex faults, support the Regional Service Manager with scheduling and workload allocation, and help drive consistent standards of workmanship across the team.
You will continue to carry out service and maintenance work yourself, ensuring you remain close to the technical detail and lead by example, while also taking on responsibility for team performance, development, and engagement.
You will participate in an out of hours on call rota and may be required to support other regions during periods of high demand or team absence.
