Job summary

WeBuyVintage is seeking a hands-on Regional Training Manager to deliver training across roadshows and operational sites. You will coach teams, identify development needs and partner with the Training & Development group to raise performance.

The role requires regular travel between WeBuyVintage locations, delivering engaging sessions and building strong relationships with managers. You’ll shape learning content, monitor completion, and drive KPIs while promoting LMS and e-learning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and/or coaching, ideally within a retail setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and managers.
• A confident and engaging training style tailored to a variety of levels.
• The ability to explain processes and information clearly and simply.
• A practical and hands-on approach to training.
• An eye for identifying development opportunities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence working independently while managing multiple locations and priorities.
• A collaborative approach and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between WeBuyVintage locations
