Qualifications
Strong practical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to handle equipment confidently and safely.
Previous training experience preferred but not essential.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities
Identify knowledge gaps and align training plans for Service Technicians.
Track and review training activities with Regional Managers.
Maintain a training matrix and ensure compliance with H&S requirements.
Conduct field audits and administer retraining as needed.
React to customer feedback to adjust training as required.
