The successful candidate will work closely with Area Technical Managers and must possess strong practical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Strong practical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to handle equipment confidently and safely.
• Previous training experience preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify knowledge gaps and align training plans for Service Technicians.
• Track and review training activities with Regional Managers.
• Maintain a training matrix and ensure compliance with H&S requirements.
• Conduct field audits and administer retraining as needed.
• React to customer feedback to adjust training as required.
