Job summary

WeBuyVintage is seeking a Field-Based Training Content Producer to capture hands-on expertise across roadshows and locations. You’ll create company-wide training strategies, from video tutorials to SOPs, aligning content with current processes and brand standards.

You’ll film, edit and write engaging learning materials, manage the LMS and collaborate with teams to roll out new initiatives, while traveling regularly to WeBuyVintage locations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience creating training strategy and educational content.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong video filming and editing skills.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes simply.
• Confidence working independently while managing multiple projects.
• Collaborative approach and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with managers to capture subject matter expertise.
• Produce engaging training content: video tutorials, SOPs, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and more.
• Film, photograph and edit content using professional techniques.
• Write clear instructional copy reflecting brand standards.
• Maintain and update the LMS and content library.
• Review content to reflect evolving processes and initiatives.
• Travel regularly between WeBuyVintage locations to gather best practices.
