Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and practice development training across a group of HC-One homes in Scotland. The role is field-based within Quality and Governance, reporting to the Head of Training and Practice Development, ensuring staff have the knowledge and competence to provide safe, person-centred care.

You will use a mix of face-to-face sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching, working with Home Managers to ensure training is relevant,

Responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory and statutory training to care and support staff across allocated HC-One homes.
• Provide practice development and skills training, including hands-on demonstrations and competency assessments.
• Support induction and on-the-job coaching to ensure training is embedded in daily practice.
• Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness to improve programme delivery.
• Maintain training records and compliance status using the LMS and communicate with Home Managers.
