Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and practice development training to care and support staff across HC-One homes. The role is field-based, combining classroom, practical demonstrations and on-the-job coaching to ensure staff have the knowledge and competence for safe, high-quality care.

Reporting to the Head of Training and Practice Development, you will work with Home Managers to plan, deliver, and evaluate training, maintain LMS records, and promote compliance

Qualifications

• Deliver mandatory and statutory training to care and support staff across allocated homes.
• Provide practice development training on topics such as care planning, falls prevention, and infection control.
• Offer on-the-job coaching and hands-on skills demonstrations to staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full range of mandatory and statutory training across homes, in line with group framework and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate attendance and completion records; update LMS and provide visibility of training compliance to Home Managers.
• Conduct follow-up observations of practice to ensure learning transfers into day-to-day care.
• Identify training needs with Home Managers and support induction for new starters.
