Job summary

HC-One is recruiting a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and practice development training for care and support staff across a regional group of homes in the North East. The role combines face-to-face sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching, reporting to the Head of Training and Practice Development.

Travel across North England is extensive, with a car allowance. The post requires an experienced care professional who can develop others and improve staff capability and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mandatory and statutory training to care staff.
• Ability to assess learning needs and adapt delivery for diverse learners.
• Capable of maintaining accurate attendance and compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory training across a regional group of HC-One homes.
• Co-ordinate practical skills sessions and on-the-job coaching.
• Support induction and ongoing practice development for staff.
• Identify training needs with Home Managers and plan activity.
• Monitor training compliance and report findings to leadership.
